"I have been living here for around one year and a half. It's the best house I've ever lived. The room that I am living is really large that I have my bedroom, my own bathroom and even my own kitchen. Staff here is all friendly. Every time if there is anything in my room needs to be maintained, they give a prompt response. Right now it has free WiFi, air conditioners and heaters. It's so nice living here. I strongly recommend it!"

"I had a great stay here! The room was surprisingly huge and the rent/price was super affordable, which is hard to find around here. The best part is the location--it's extremely close to the USC campus. It's also a short walk to Ralphs and Target, making grocery runs so easy. Plus, you can easily walk to Figueroa St for a ton of great food options. Highly recommend!"
